CamContacts is known as being one of the cheapest webcam sites around. It’s also one of those sites that has a ton of different categories, not just adult cams. The site says you can do text chat, but I never could get it to work without logging in first. Once you do join, you can enter video chat and buy private time, which is some of the cheapest private time around.
